We encourage all team members involved in marketing to go through the videos in the Blueprint Foundation. We pace these modules so that you can dive into the specific marketing tactics that we identify and outline during the blueprint stage.
TACTICAL COACHING MODULES
Our modules get into the details of marketing for remodelers. Over time we will cover all aspects of marketing for remodelers, targeting every opportunity that you’re likely to encounter when promoting your business.
We anticipate that it will take about a year for a marketing coordinator to go through the modules that relate to your company. We look to be your long-term partner.
After the Strategy First Blueprint phase, we get to shift into coaching and developing your marketing system. We coach the coordinator through the modules, on the current marketing efforts, and on implementing the blueprint developed together. The marketing coordinator will keep you, the owner, up to date, provide reports, and present new opportunities. We recognize that the buck starts and stops with the owner. That's why we've built regular updates, reports, and quarterly meetings into the process. Once per month the coach meets with the owner to sync up on progress and revisit marketing opportunities worth considering.
We record our coaching sessions and welcome the owner and other marketing team members to join those sessions at any time.

Marketing is a system, and a strategy is required to build the system. That’s why we start with the Strategy First Blueprint. We could jump right in and start coaching your in-house coordinator on marketing tactics—those things you do for marketing. That, however, would be like beginning a kitchen renovation by selecting the cabinets or fridge. You need the blueprint to guide the process.

ACCOUNTABILITY
We provide accountability for the Marketing Coordinator in three ways. First, we make sure that we’ve got a priority list of what they’re working on. Second, we make sure they’re comfortable with what they're working on. And third, we go through their projects and talk through and remove any obstacles they may face in getting it done. This lifts the burden off the owner or manager.
SOP BINDER TO MAKE MARKETING REPEATABLE
Throughout our time working together, the coordinator will compile your company’s basic standard operating procedures (SOP) in a binder to guide their routine. Thus, your marketing is not dependent on one person, and it's more easily managed.
