Melissa and Joseph Irons share about how they're all in with Community Involvement

In this episode I talked with Melissa and Joseph Irons, of Irons Brothers Construction in Shoreline, WA. While I thought the conversation would be about their new coloring book, it was far more. It expanded to cover their deep commitment to their local community through cause marketing. From influencing kids to consider the building trades to encouraging birds to move into the neighborhood with their handcrafted birdhouses, continuing support of their local arts festival and little league, they and their team demonstrate being community partners.
